In her testimony she told the jury how Jose looked for two men to have sex with her.
Both men were staying in the same hotel.
She said at first she refused, but hungry and broke, she eventually gave in.
Now this isn’t Jose Antonio Martinez’s only run-in with the law:
After he was arrested on prostitution charges here in Webb County, he posted bond and he went back to San Antonio.

In Webb County, Jose Antonio Martinez is facing charges of aggravated assault and several prostitution charges.
Already one of the “johns” who participated in the prostitution scheme took the stand.
