San Antonio Adult Entertainment: Alvin Robertson Allegedly Involved In Child Sex Trafficking
February 26, 2010Former NBA player with the San Antonio Spurs, Alvin Robertson is now wanted for his involvement with, of all things, a child sex trafficking ring. Robertson allegedly assisted in kidnapping and assaulting a 14 year-old girl in San Antonio where he resides. The ring sold the girl into prostitution and forced her to perform at a strip club. She eventually escaped from the home of another person involved in the ring while he was in the shower and notified the police. Robertson’s girlfriend is alleged to be involved in the ring as well. A warrant was issued for his arrest today and he is the only alleged memeber of the ring not in custody at this time.
Robertson was drafted by the Spurs in 1984 and played six seasons with them. He later played for the Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons and Toronto Raptors. He is a four time NBA All-Star guard and a one-time NBA defensive player of the year. He has a history of brushes with the law included prison time and 2002 rape accusation.
