Former NBA great Alvin Robertson is facing allegations and charges related to sex trafficking, according to The Associated Press.
Robertson, a 10-year veteran of the NBA, is wanted on charges of sexual assault of a child, trafficking an underage child for purposes of sex and forcing a sexual performance by a child, the AP reports.
Law enforcement officials claim Robertson, 47, was part of a ring that kidnapped a 14-year-old girl from San Antonio, Texas, the AP reports. She was allegedly forced to have sex with clients and work as a stripper at a Corpus Christi dance club last year.
After managing to escape one of her alleged captors, she tracked down a police cruiser and helped initiate an investigation, the AP is reporting.
Seven people so far have been arrested, including Robertson’s girlfriend. Robertson is the lone member of the alleged sex trafficking group that has not been apprehended, the AP reports.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) – 1-time San Antonio Spurs star Alvin Robertson has been arrested on sexual assault of a child and sex trafficking charges.
Robertson was taken into custody Friday in Bentonville, Ark., said Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy Ino Badillo. Robertson lives in San Antonio.
The former NBA All-Star faces charges alleging he was among seven people who kidnapped and assaulted a 14-year-old girl who was forced into prostitution and made to dance at a strip club, authorities said Friday.

… NewsCore) – Local and federal authorities are searching for former San Antonio Spurs player Alvin Robertson, who is wanted in connection with a sex trafficking ring that allegedly forced a 14-year-old girl to have sex with men in San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas, the San Antonio Express-News reported Friday.
Authorities announced charges against seven people tied to the ring on Friday morning. Of the seven, Robertson is the only one who hasn’t been arrested, said Deputy Ino Badillo, a spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
Badillo said Robertson’s girlfriend, Racquel McIntosh, 41, also has been arrested as part of the ring. McIntosh claims she doesn’t know where the former NBA player is, Badillo said.
Robertson, 47, is charged with three offenses: trafficking of persons under 18 for prostitution, sexual assault of a child and sexual performance of a child. McIntosh is charged with sexual performance of a child and trafficking of persons under 18 for prostitution, the Express-News reported.

Whee. He pulled his car into the arena and stepped out…and he was Hornswoggle. Even better. We then went to Triple K doing a really, really bad impersonation of a ring announcer by announcing Edwards and the Bella Twins. My only hope at this point was that we were getting all the bad out at once. Luckily this was the case, as Edwards did pretty well on the mic and while he did things like the cheap pop for the Saints, he was far from embarrassing and had a lot of great energy. Former NBA player with the San Antonio Spurs, Alvin Robertson is now wanted for his involvement with, of all things, a child sex trafficking ring.  Robertson allegedly assisted in kidnapping and assaulting a 14 year-old girl in San Antonio where he resides.  The ring sold the girl into prostitution and forced her to perform at a strip club.  She eventually escaped from the home of another person involved in the ring while he was in the shower and notified the police.  Robertson’s girlfriend is alleged to be involved in the ring as well.  A warrant was issued for his arrest today and he is the only alleged memeber of the ring not in custody at this time.
Robertson was drafted by the Spurs in 1984 and played six seasons with them.  He later played for the Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons and Toronto Raptors. He is a four time NBA All-Star guard and a one-time NBA defensive player of the year.  He has a history of brushes with the law included prison time and 2002 rape accusation.

Alvin Robertson has not been arrested today, but he is wanted on sexual assault charges on a child, trafficking an underage child for the purposes of sex, and forcing a minor to perform a sexual act.
Alvin Robertson, a former San Antonio Spurs player, was part of a ring that kidnapped a girl when she was just 14-years-old in San Antonio, and according to USA today, that ring for people forced that girl to have sex with clients for money and to strip in a Corpus Christi strip club
The girl did manage to escape and tracked down the police, but that ring of people are now being arrested and charged. The seven other people involved have been arrested and charged, including Alvin Robertson’s girlfriend, but Robertson himself is still on the run.

Alvin Robertson, who scored the first points in Toronto Raptors history, could be in deep trouble.
Robertson, who spent the 1995-96 season with the Raptors, has been charged with sexual assault of a child, trafficking an underage child for purposes of sex and forcing a sexual performance by a child.
The former guard was part of a ring that kidnapped a 14-year-old girl, forced her to have sex with clients and to dance at a strip club last year, according to The Associated Press.
The AP also reports that seven people have been charged, including Robertson’s girlfriend.
Robertson has not yet been arrested.

They are interrupted by Jules who comes over to complain that she is being lumped with looking after her gravely ill step-mother, whom she names step-monster, and will probably have to pay her funeral bill. The same evening, Kirby and Kevin discuss Kirby’s love for Dale. Kevin believes love is an illusion and feels his point is proven when Billy shows up saying he cannot deal with his wife. He also later feels vindicated when Alec admits to sleeping with other women and that, until Leslie says yes, he won’t say no. Later, Kirby’s date with Dale falls through after she is called back to the hospital with an emergency.
After a shopping trip into town, Jules confronts Kevin as being gay because he never hit on her. Angered, he leaves and later runs into a local prostitute who has the exact same thoughts about him. Kevin then confesses he is in love with another woman which is why he hasn’t made a move on anybody else.
